Return Policy

Need to return something? No problem. Free shipping on all returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied—for any reason— just return or exchange your item. You’ll get a no-questions-asked, full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Your returned items must be in good condition for resale. That means: unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

PB uses its discretion to determine the condition of every product returned. Need to exchange something? No problem either. Our exchange process is easy. Sometimes you change your mind. We get it. Exchanging an item involves two separate transactions. First, you will need to return the item you want to exchange. Second, place a new order for the replacement items. Your return and refund will be processed within 14 working days. That’s all there is to it. If you have a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
